During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
We ship all orders from Sydney, NSW.
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our socials and website announcements.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
